A RWM coached runner recently shared this picture with me – his medal haul for the 2022 season – including a 5K PB and a tough marathon along the way. He finished off the year with his fastest 10K time for the past couple of years at Bury 10K. A massive well done to him for well-deserved success, and looking forward to working with him in 2023!
